Our birthday parties are a one of a kind experience! No two are ever the same - just like the birthday child! We now offer FREE INVITATIONS for all parties - just ask when you book your party. We require a $25 deposit to hold your party reservation. Our Birthday Party Package includes: One and a half hours of studio time, a piece of pottery for each child (selection includes: a plate, bowl, mug, box and seasonal items) and all the painting and firing. After creating their masterpieces there is plenty of time left for cake, ice cream or anything else you may want to bring. We will have a balloon for each child and there is a big platter that personally welcomes the birthday child and their guests. $10.00 per child. Extras include signing platters and a signing T-shirt. We now have Tee Parties! For $15.00 per child each guest will receive a Mad Platter t-shirt, a bag with washing directions and a really cool tye dye project. As with our original birthdays you also have time to eat and enjoy your guests. And introducing Glass Fusing parties! Great for pre-teens to adults, glass fusing necklace parties are a hit. Each guest will create a one of a kind fused glass necklace. After firing, the necklace will include a silver loop and silk cord. All for $15.00. Know someone about to take the plunge? Why not throw them a shower at The Mad Platter? Our Wedding Shower Package includes two hours of studio time plus the price of the pieces. We'll set up a large party area for you - with an area for food and drink. (Adult beverages are welcome!) Then sit, chat and decorate your gift for the bride. We have a bridal book for you to browse through and we will be glad to help you get started. This is one shower the bride will never forget - she will be able to show off your personalized gifts forever. A $25 deposit is required to reserve your shower. Especially when they are ready to get wet with paint! Have a Memory Mirror Baby Shower at The Mad Platter. A mirror surrounded by fourteen tiles await you and your guests. Each guest designs a 4 x 4 tile to be placed in the mirror frame. Then when your bundle of joy arrives, we place their foot prints on the fourteenth tile! The back of the mirror tells the tale of who was there and why! Surely something to be treasured by the family for years to come! Please feel free to bring any food or drink of your choice.
